Chapter 6 - Email Software Setup

Technical Support Form

The settings you need to know for your email software setup are:

  • Username: the username we sent you in your setup instructions
  • Password: the password we sent you in your setup instructions
  • POP server: yourdomain.com
  • SMTP server: yourisp.com or mail.yourisp.com (your software should already be configured with your Internet Service Provider's SMTP server name. If not, ask your ISP what the SMTP server name is.)

Remember, you have a catch-all feature installed as part of your account. This means that anything@yourdomain.com will go to your main POP emailbox.

It is a simple process to set up most email software to send and receive email. Refer to the instructions in your particular email software for directions on how to setup your software.
